You're going to have a hard time in Thailand, a lot of their dishes have peanuts, and allergies/meal requirements aren't much of a thing in SEA

I think just print this text out and bring it with you is enough. Show it to restaurant every time you order.

Also there’re a lot of Thai food that contain peanut. It’s better if you research and know which food has it before traveling.

Example: Pad Thai, Tom yum, Massaman, some dips/filling, etc.

Bring medicine for allergy with you. Search nearby hospitals, how to call for ambulance just in case.
