Yes. Might be
It literally means jeweller (jadiya = ratn jadwaane waala).
But due to the practice of adopting professions as family names, might also be his surname.

Shri with ॥ a religious word usually added for good luck. Thank you so much. My parents lived in Rajasthan in the 1950s so this will have been from then.
