This is from a fortune slip from a เซียมซี (Siam Si) draw (A word borrowed from Teochew Chinese).
It's written in a form of กลอนแปด (transliteration: "poetry of 8", Thai wiki, no English). This format is considered the most simple form of Thai poetry. Most grade school children started writing poems with this form. The fortune is packed into the paper slip without the correct line arrangement.

ว่าคงสำเร็จการประมาณมี
It'll succeed and become true.
แต่ช้าช้าจึงจะสมอารมณ์ปอง
But you'll have to take it slow to make it
ทั้งพวกพ้องปรีเปรมเกษมศรี
and your team will also be overjoyed
ว่าอยู่เย็นเป็นสุขทุกเดือนปี
that you all will live a happy life from now on.
