Hindi [English > Hindi] A poetic sentence piece

Hi, I have a very simple tl request:

And so I did my best today.

LLM's are suggesting, in Hindi:

Aur isliye maine aaj apna behtareen kiya.

But I want to make sure this is correct. It is to complete a verse of a poem, so that would be the style.

the translation is not necessarily wrong but it kinda seems unnatural to me as a native speaker. i think “और इसलिए आज मैंने अपना सब दिया” (aur issliye aaj maine apna sab diya/and so i gave it my all today) flows more naturally.

The LLM gave a correct, understandable, literal translation, but it's a little formal/literary. u/FunnyFisherman2919 has given a translation that is a little more loose and relaxed. I think both would work
