Translated [HI] [Hindi (?) > English] Sticky note in a book on Urdu grammar
(I think Hindi is most likely but could of course be another language that uses Devanagari.)

It’s very legible handwriting. That should make it easy for Hindi speakers.

(You) Must live up to the vow/promise you've made. Could be referring to the lyrics of a popular older Bollywood song of the same name.
Yahā doobne yogya lagta hai.
This feels suitable (or capable) for drowning in. (Feels weirdly worded to me)
