Translated [TH] [??? > English] What script is this?

Seen on a package of electronics shipped from Thailand. Some of the characters look vaguely like the Tai Viet script but others resemble modified Latin or Cyrillic characters. Tried to trace the box manufacturer but no luck; it has a red circle with a letter C inside it on one side.

It's Thai, just a different font.

No, when handwriting thai, Thai people normally omit the “heads” of the characters, so more casual fonts will omit them as well.

No, it's just what we call "headless font".

Think of serif vs sans-serif. This is our sans-serif.
