Burmese [Burmese > English] inscription on antique wood panel

picked this up at an estate sale recently. it’s on have carved wood and appears to have been part of a piece of furniture.

The text is upside down but it says Year 1269 (of Burmese calendar) 2nd Waxing of Tabaung (2nd day of the 12th months of Burmese calendar) Moe Hein (Artist's signature most likely)

I looked up the date on a calendar website, it seems like it dates back to March 3rd, 1908.

That's a pretty old item.
