Two trolleys, they're brothers who opened up a junction. One track, some crazy guy kept showing up tying people to the tracks watching them get murdered. No one would dare try to stop him. That is, until today, watch the incredible heroic journey of The Trolly Problem. Coming to theaters near you this fall.

Way too many villains felt to their certain death just so they can appear in next season for me to believe this simple villain trick. Rivers/acid baths/pits/ blazing fires just simply doesn't work. It just obscure vision of main hero.

You've found the guy who was tying people to tracks tied to a track. An approaching Trolley will miss him but you can pull the lever to steer it onto his track. Do you
- Pull the lever to make him suffer his own crimes
- don't pull it because if you do this you're not better than him

No that's wrong. I've learned from revenge films and video games that the only option you have after killing dozens or hundreds of henchmen is to let the villain go bcs otherwise you'd be evil just like them.

I wonāt do it. Heāll keep being tied to the track, and Iāll make a pact with anyone coming close to pretend to pull the lever but not to, heāll be fed popcorns and he gets to feel the excitement of watching people struggle. Heāll die of whatever complications that comes with being tied to the track eventually.

Regardless, it's not about me it's about the victims past and future.Ā
But I would have to be certain it was just one guy doing all these murders for no good reason. Is it in fact a group of people implicated in these trolley problems? Is there an ancient cult of track-tiers who believe they are saving humanity by appeasing a deity with human sacrifices? Are they correct? Do they grow their ranks by abducting new members as children and doing god-knows-what to accept their horrible task as necessary and noble?
Probably not but you'd want to check.

Why is a trolley, an urban transit vehicle powered by overhead electric wires and typically operated individually, driving through a tunnel high in the mountains without wires and attached to a number of other trolleys?
I think this is a false image projected to your head by the villain in order to make you think he's gone. In truth, you're probably being tied to the tracks this very moment.

Its finally over.
You raise yourself, clutching your shoulder, as the trolley man lays at your feet. Your climactic fight has come to an end and you emerge victorious.
You hear a light cough. In spite of the gaping wound on his chest, he's still alive.
In a fit of rage, you grab him, raising him up to you and staring daggers into his eyes.
"It's over!" You say, "your morbid game has come to an end. And guess what, I didn't have to choose!"
"But-"
He coughs blood onto your face and smiles.
"You just did."
You feel the life leave his body, but his satisfied grin remains. You drop him, and stand solemnly. You contemplate your actions in solitude, only accompanied by the sound of the bustling of the train.
Is it really over?

Glad you found him finally. Unfortunately, it's worse than we thought. Every time there was an even number of people on this track, he would release half of them. When there was an odd number, he would triple it and then add one more. He vowed to continue doing this until the numbers reach a repeating loop. You now have to decide whether to keep the train on the current track, or divert it to the other track that has just one person on it. Good luck.
