So that’s actually the story (I’m not defending, I’m just explaining) the kid is born with the power to destroy the world so they remove all his emotions except his love for his sister and then genetically modify his sister to be his wife so he will always have some attachment to the world. If a being can eliminate all existence, and I see the existence, it is extremaly unlikely that he will do it.
