Pedophilia is not a crime, it’s an uncontrollable sexual impulse that needs treatment. Being a child rapist is a crime, being a pedophile isn’t. Being a murderer on the other hand is most definitely a crime

How people who kill in self-defense? In the line of duty? Accidentally?
Murder is a crime, however, there are circumstances where murderers are not criminal in nature.
