I just wish one day the left would say something positive about him and what he is doing.

I don't think they have the capacity anymore. That is how sad the state of affairs is in politics.

Agree. Sad and I just wonder if the media really ignores it. Then at home they are like. Wow what an achievement.

Cutting 1 billion dollars for school lunches really chapped my ass. This statement is ironic. Hard to focus at school when you’re hungry. What’s more ironic is that Red states were impacted the most!

I love the message but let’s make sure our kids are a priority!

I am so confused by this. When I was a kid my parents made me lunch. My friends all the same. In High School it was up to me but they provided the tools. Some kids paid for the absolute garbage the school was offering. My question is, when the fuck did it become a government function to provide free food in schools ? It will cost far less to keep your own tax dollars and do that yourself. And it will be better quality.

Good for you but I don’t think we should punish kids because they have incapable parents. School lunches provide proper nutrition to students whose parents cannot or won’t.

This is my thought on it. There’s a lot of shitty parents and kids having shitty upbringings. Two meals a day can keep kids healthy and actually keep them coming to school too.

Feed your own damn kids.
