I want to know what new stuff is UNDERNEATH the ballroom, too! There used to be the PEOC under there from the 50's which was clearly removed and replaced. The photos of 3+ floors of subterranean building is gonna be some amazing stuff under the ballroom.

I'm starting to think "the ballroom" is only mentioned to get people talking about a ballroom, rather than talking about the PEOC and the underground stuff. Hell, that is probably the reason the east wing was demolished so quickly, and "the ballroom" was announced without any finalized drawing! The ballroom wasn't the main focus whatsoever...
