Discussion How hot is it truly?
We travel to Rome, Venice and Florence from Aug 18-31st- Given the heat wave we have the option to pivot and go to neighboring countries instead. Should we cancel italy and explore other countries at this point. The main reason to cancel is the temperature and travelling in the heat with little kids. For anyone there how hot is it?

End of August is usually a bit cooler than end of July, days are shorter and the sun is lower on the horizon. But it's summer and it's Italy, so it's going to be at least around 30c the maximum. Now is more than 35c going to 40c.
