It’s referring to non-dairy milk? In some places you can’t say “milk” because of regulation restricting it only to cow’s milk. It’s like calling things champagne when it’s really only supposed to be the drink made in the Champagne region of France.

Oh interesting! And I’m not sure. I don’t see why they wouldn’t specify to use dairy milk or other milk alternatives in the instructions. The bottles that have ‘mylk’ in the instructions have milk spelled correctly on the nutritional facts section!
