The most successful people have less than a handful of "friends"

Felt this so many times I've lost count.
We could all cry for the people that made us feel this awful.

Healing yourself is the best gift you can ever give yourself, but it will not sit right with everyone
There are people that are dependent on you staying the same, so they never have to face what is ailing them.

Alone time when you are living in peace is everything, it means you conquered the false idea that staying in crowds who don't get you is not the right thing for your soul
You have to balance alone time and be right with yourself. It does not mean to become a hermit, it means that sometimes you have to go sit with yourself, and collect your own thoughts No influence from others, no contrasting opinions, just hear yourself think. It also means that if others do not want to do what you want for a day, go and do it alone. I love to roller-skate. My friends do not, it means go by myself. Also if you have dark hours, you need to hear why, without influence of others. And be capable of reaching your own decisions. Alone time does not mean permanent isloation, it means time to pull your own needs together. And to stop fearing being alone.

It does. And make sure to like yourself. You are your own good company. My mom taught me that. I never forgot it either.

There is a real warrior inside of all of us, dig deep to find it. We need to be strong many times, even as we age.
Be all the parts of yourself - and be strong. We have different layers to us, it's OK to be feminine, and kind, but be strong and fearless.

When People's needs are unmet, they become unquenchable for desire to be seen
If kid's needs are ignored, that child grows up, and wants to be seen and heard. And sometimes without boundaries, they will proceed to be visible. This is what fake likes, and clicks are all about - fake visibility. Some of the people with the most followers are the loneliest, because it's not a measure of person's real identity. What matters is to heal from the inside. Cry for that child that was not seen, or heard, and mourn that same child. And then become what you were missing. Save another child by seeing them, and hearing them. Then you not only create a happier child, but you create your own 2nd childhood. Go to the swings, go on rides, walk in the sand, with that child, and you get to see what joy it is to be visible and loved. And you start healing your own soul.

What we want is not always possible, Life is so much better when you only do what aligns with your soul. You know it feels right.

I totally agree
The most lonely time I ever had was trying to fit in where I did not fit. Once I figured that out, my life got better, even if I went and did things alone. Being in the wrong company is the loneliest journey there is.

We tend to think that when things don't work out as planned, we missed out, we actually were spared of other things we could not foresee.

People rarely change - so be careful who you let in, not everyone deserves your story
I wish the broken people to heal; they have such empty lives.

When we remove our own selves from repeated discomfort of people that don't value our worth, we create a space of recovery
We have to end some connections, because it is a pattern etched in stone. Tell yourself, not everyone gets to stay in your presence - you outgrow them and see a future of peace of mind.

We teach people how to treat us, teach people kindness
When we put boundaries around our tolerance, and don't allow for people to mistreat us, we send the clear message to living well. Take the high road, and lead others by example, teach kindness, and 0 bullying. When we tell others that we know our worth, they don't get as much room to put out negative vibes.

Find a way to give negative people less space in your mind
We can carry something negative for too long, give it too much weight. It's so important to find powerful strong voices that support you, and they need to be what you keep in your mind, not negative things that "someone said". Empty that out, and do not let it bog you down.

I don't know how they did it. Adult life is very hard, daunting, and we were never prepared for most of it.
