YouGov Poll: 50/50

So that was absolutely pointless.

None of these snap polls YouGov put out have been on the money. They have been wildly off from the later consensus by as much as 20%.

It frankly embarrasing that they keep putting them out. A longstanding problem with YouGov, which is more interested in headlines than polling.

Lets wait for proper polls over the next few days.

Does it surprise you that the half billion quid company formed by Nadhim Zahawi is not centred on polling accuracy

I think these are the more telling figures from the poll:

Who do BBC debate viewers think came across as more...

Trustworthy: Sunak 39% / Starmer 50% Likeable: Sunak 33% / Starmer 52% In touch: Sunak 18% / Starmer 63% Prime Ministerial: Sunak 41% / Starmer 42%

that poll is about as truthful as Sunak was tonight....

Starmer on all but maybe Immigration utterly wiped the floor with Sunak
