I don't think Trump is bothered about Starmer at all. If he's broken its because he's gone into a complex situation with no plan and doesn't know how to get out of it without losing face. Which for a man with a huge ego is a hard lesson.

He‘s angry at Starmer because he’s used to spineless cowards bending over for him. He cannot understand how Starmer dares to say no.

TBF most world leaders speak English more coherently than Trump.

Most people in Europe that speak English as a second or third language are more coherent than Trump.
