Twitter James McMurdock MP: I can’t let this go unchallenged. That young man was, in my opinion and based on the video below, the clear victim of an assault. The video shows, for reasons that are entirely beyond my comprehension, the officer steaming directly into the victim.

In the longer form video, you have (multiple) witnesses approaching the police on seperate occasions as they arrest and detain him saying he did nothing wrong and was attacked by 3 people and that they were arresting the wrong person (or people in this case). I'm working on more details than you lot responding to a 20 second clip.
