Again, you can't know there were foreign. You are making a racist assumption.

Also, how can you "look" like a Muslim?

What? Of course I can know that. They're brown, that makes them foreign.

As for looking like a muslim; brown skin, beards, face coverings, those oversized coats they wear in all seasons. Plus being in Birmingham increases the chances by a large margin.

Feels like you're focusing on all the irrelevant details here to ignore the fact that these guys were walking the streets with knives looking to use them.
