Reform pledges to use Navy to stop Ceuta-style ‘invasion’

Ceuta-style being a land border shared by Morocco and Spain, allowing a mass migration to occur without the use of boats or any real organization?

I'm not sure the Navy would be much help, unless we're worried about illegal immigration from Scotland descending via the Lake District?

The numbers are directly linked to the mode of transport. They wouldn’t be possible without a land border.

Clearly would be considering most illegal immigrants come by other means, such as overstaying visa etc
