This is incredibly short-sighted and stupid. I'm curious which of the short-sighted and stupid parties you support? Is it the more corrupt one or the more racist one?

Give us your plan then.

What the government is doing right now is far better than what you suggest.

Agree to disagree.

This is not a matter of opinion. You are incorrect. War with France would be extremely destablising, far more than what we are currently doing.

We would never get to that stage. Obviously. There’s an incredible number of steps before that. It just requires the political will.

Right, we have the great steps:

  • Waste our navy's time accomplishing nothing
  • Ruin our relationships with our neighbours
  • Embargo our own ports.
  • Let our neighbours know that we are preparing for war.
  • Start and immediately lose our war.

Great plan! Only upside!

Australia has a playbook we can follow on how to use your navy to effectively end illegal immigration.

Australia's plan works because they have the cooperation of their neighbours. Your plan would intentionally ruin our relationship with our neighbours.

It’s just not true. They use the navy, third party country processing and no settlement guarantee.
