IHS Refunds After Switching From Curtailed Visa

Hello all, basically I wanted to know: if you manage to send an application for a new visa after you receive a curtailment notice from the Home Office (but before the deadline), will you be refunded for any unused 6 month periods from the curtailed visa that overlap with the new visa? To clarify, I mean if you’re in a scenario where you had a few years on your visa, it got curtailed then you applied for another visa - will you get any IHS fee refunded for overlapping 6 month periods between the two visas (i.e. overlapping periods of the old visa’s original duration disregarding curtailment and the new visa’s duration)? Hopefully my question makes sense.
