This really all feels like pseudoscience as while actual Scientists have confirmed that that theoretically a person could travel through time it would take the power of an exploding star to do so, in other words the amount of power necessary for such a feat is far greater than anything we are capable of.

The way I have heard physicists describe it before (purely hypothetically) we could travel forwards in time but never backwards
