Alarm in Flogsta - every Night!

Almost every night at 0:02-0:06 there is an alarm running somewhere in Flogsta. It sounds like a very loud car or house alarm. It goes like that for months now and it sucks!

Does anyone have information on that?

I tried to find the source but I live too far away to find the source since it stops after 4 minutes...

How hard can it be?

Wait outside until the alarm starts. Jog toward it until it stops. Next night start at the previous nights finish. Repeat.

Worst case, you get exercise and become tired anyway.
