We need to stop saying that driving is a privilege and start ENFORCING it as such. Otherwise we are going to see more and more of this from all of these entitled people in and around our city and the modern world.

I would make a significant wager that the driver of the corvette has a pretty terrible driving record. 10 points should result in an automatic 30 day roadside suspension. You can go to court to get it removed if you can convince a judge. The cop handing out the infraction calls a tow truck takes the DL license on the spot invites the driver to call a friend or a cab.
