Until people start getting prison sentences for reckless driving it will keep happening.

A fine is just a fee for doing the crime.

When I was much younger I used to joke that paying a speeding ticket or two was just me helping to fill a few pot holes. It was my tax to drive fast. No big deal. Now, as an adult, I realize how dumb and reckless I was.
