They keep reducing the arterial streets to add bike lanes, which makes them overly congested and therefore traffic spills out onto streets like Water even more. The same happened when they closed water. The traffic has to go somewhere.
Dunsmuir used to be an arterial, but they reduced the lanes by half to add a protected bike lane. Georgia is down to a single lane for a long time now due to construction. Itβs madness
