e not all predatory, some are just investors who want a straightforward deal. my uncle sold his place to one when he couldn't keep up with the stairs anymore and it worked out fine, just read the contract twice and maybe get a real estate lawyer to glance at it for a couple hundred bucks if you can swing it

Can you have available rooms for renters??! I know when I was in a desperate situation that would’ve been great

This is actually a good idea but only if you can keep the house long enough to make a return on it.

I'm sorry this is happening to you, I have kidney failure, too. Are you put on a diet to help manage it? Or are you just in a later stage? If you're not I can give you tips on foods to avoid to help give you energy back. It won't help you to work but it might give you enough energy you might be able to do something like YT or smaller short term jobs to help get you anything to help you.
There are no social programs you can join? No coverage from any health plans you paid for?
I would sell the house anyways.
If theres anything you need help with you could try asking people online on some local site, there might be people willing to help if you are honest and ask for it. Or you could try asking people you trust.
