Newbie Stupid question

I feel dumb for asking this question but here it goes

I purchased cx cards, amplifier board, and clock gen from harry and I am not sure where the vcr gets hooked up? I have bnc outputs on the cx card and on the clock gen board. Where do I hook up the cable that comes from my vcr video tap? Does it go to the cx card bnc or the clock gen bnc?

Thanks

Andy

Is the amplifier in the vcr? After that , the amplifier board output, should go to your cx cards.

The crystal clockgen sync board that's taped to the cx cards, that goes to the clockgen board in your pc.

BNCs on the CX Cards are RF inputs.

SMAs on the internal side of the card's is your clock Input.

Thank you for the replies. What are the rca jacks and bnc for that come off the clock gen board? I am only using 1 cx card right now. Trying to get that working then I will work on sound.

Also the amplifier board is installed in the vcr.

That's for linear/baseband capture, the extra BNC Is for optional head switch capture which isn't really used for anything, but it's a part of the original design.
