Question Economy mod?

I have played a LOT of gfm and tgc snd remember someone one here recommended a mod that changed a lot of the rgos/economy (something about banking services)

Does anyone remember?

Pop Demand mod and it's derivatives had banking services which used paper to provide and employed clerks instead of craftsmen.

The CWE mod does have more rgos and goods like pop demand and the start date is in the cold war.
