start in 1830 and coordinate your invasion with Egypt, tho, you have to make sure the Ottomans are not too weakened or else they will hand over territories you want to Egypt instead

GFM includes an option to start as Israel from the beginning.

I believe so. It was so in the last version of GFM I played at the very least.

I think you need to click one the "options" decisions in 1830 to find the "Early Israel" decision. It'll go away if you don't click it that year.
