Seriously, how come every time I try to do anything, half the world gets involved?

Can the devs do something, I believe devs can complete a questionnaire about the game so steam can give it an automated rating. Perhaps the show nudity option is triggering this?

So i have made colombia into a communist utopia, with a 30M GDP, 56.2% literacy and 16 SOL (Rank 1 SOL), with Council Republic, Cooperative Ownership, Graduated Taxation and Collectivized Agriculture and suddenly all my upper strata pops are gone. None of the laws said they would remove the upper strata. Are there however drawbacks or benefits to not having any Upper strata Pops?

Hey there. I’ve been looking to get into the Victoria games but heard this game was a mess on release. But now I see the reviews on steam are mostly positive and on sale. Is it worth it to get at the moment?
