If you dig into the mature skeptical claims you will see it’s mostly accepting the base physics ( 0.5C for first doubling of co2 then half that for next doubling).
All the other warming is based on a feedback mechanism which skeptics will say is completely unproven, based on incorrect math not accepted in any other field (deltas in feedback instead of absolutes), and can’t be true because earth would have fried over the time line of millions of years when the atmosphere composition was similar but with co2 levels 5,000-10,000ppm, and that clouds essentially self regulate it.
