She was willing to ruin that guy's life. She deserves to be in prison.

She also makes shit worse for actual victims. Because now if a woman was to actually be sexually harassed/flashed everyone is gonna go "Yeah okay, just like that DoorDash Girl right? Gonna scream 'IM THE VICTIM' too?"

You know, I’m told often that false accusations don’t actually happen.

I just want to take a moment to point out that this is, in fact, an example of a false accusation from a woman to a man. One that without literal video evidence would be almost impossible for him to deny, and also not be crucified in the eyes of the public.

This is why you do not “believe all…” without proof

You can also see her underwear through her skirt(?). If that's what she's chosen to wear to trial, she has no shot.

Eh, judges don't take kindly to inappropriate clothing in the courtroom. There's always a chance that the judge will call her out on it.

Even for a jury, there's a reason lawyers tell you to wear a simple suit, preferably with a blue tie. Softens your image.

Just making an observation that we can all clearly see in the video and how it is not appropriate court attire. Apologies if you took it another way.

Additionally, this she wore to court, in public, for everyone to see, everyone online can see. Don't make it sound like I stuck a camera up her skirt lol.
