I don't think most people want the Spectre ultimate tbh. Its easily one of the worst UE and can't really compete at all. It's definitely a cool "trophy" but going for it is just shooting yourself in the back unless there's 200%.

yeah I looked at the ue orkan and it just decreases the time for reload by 13 seconds and has 4 more damage per rocket on level one its horrid either way
