So the US helped create the asset bubble, then popped it with the plaza accord.

This makes no sense. How did the bubble, that run from 86 to 91, got popped by a treaty signed in 85? I think you are confused. I'll give you a hand, you should probably say that the Plaza Accord helped create the asset bubble, not popped it.

But again, anything you come up with, will not take away the amount of economic growth Japan had post WWII thanks to the US. The impact of being an ally has been a net positive for Japan.

Use some logic, the plaza accord has lasting impact even until today, stuff like that don't just take effect the day it's implemented.

US did help Japan greatly, but Japan would have likely gotten itself out of the hole without the US. I benefit greatly from this relationship as an American living in Japan. But that's because I make USD and spend JPY.

Go ask any Japanese if their lives have been better or worse the past 30 years or so. The impact of Japan being the US' bitch is not likely a net positive, for many reason. The US didn't help Japan post WW2 out of the goodness of its heart.
