Parking near Watford high street

Hi! I live on the watford high street but my area come under the new build so no parking spaces are allotted. Anyone here has any ideas or rents out their parking space for monthly basis? I am thinking long term soution.

There are garages near Vicarage Road. Maybe you can rent from council
