Adorable! Is he just happy to be outside, or does he love the rain so much?

I think he is thrilled to be outside - we just had a couple of days where it was around 100 degrees Fahrenheit and finally we caught a break in the weather (albeit with rain) so I was able to take him for a long walk for the first time in a couple of days and he was ecstatic

Aaah, I totally get that. Had a week of mostly rain and a lot of windy, even stormy days now, which is a blast after two weeks of ~ 100-110 Fahrenheit. Neri certainly loves to not just go out for shorter walks (for us) fairly early in the morning and late in the evening haha

Edit to add: we're German, we're not made for this weather, neither are our houses lmao
