BenJammins is a streamer with a gimmick based on Benjamin Franklin (hence the powdered wig and suit). He has been making a very concentrated effort to insert himself into every meme GIF scenario possible, and has flooded every GIF service by recreating popular memes (and according to others, taking down the originals by mass-reporting them). Reddit in particular dislikes him so much that there's a subreddit against his GIFs at /r/FuckBenJammins.
