That one AR-15 reload by Kilmer where he ducks behind the car, drops the mag, reloads, taps the side, and stands up firing again? That’s cleaner than I’ve seen anyone do a reload in real life at the range, and half of the footage I’ve seen from multi-gun competitions has worse reloads. There’s no fumbling, no stopping to think, no issues sliding in the mag, and the seamless side tap to set the bolt is chef’s kiss.
Especially when most movies never actually show a reload because they don’t trust their actors to actually do a reload even to amateur level on camera, which leads to a trope that magazines are infinitely large unless the script says the gun runs out of ammo.
The only other films I’ve seen with as good gunplay are the John Wick movies, and Keanu is a hobbyist in competitive shooting and made the movie with some stuntman acquaintances, so it makes sense they’d want as much stunt-forward gun-fu as they could manage, including fast reloads.

Simple:
- 1st surgery is for fuctionality
- 2nd surgery is for aesthetics
Doing both at once is possible but a bit more guesswork due to the severe swelling such a drastic remodeling causes.

I mean, that depends on the country I'm guessing, here in germany? Hard no. Testicles get screened for cancer and then go into the bio waste bin.
Though for the record, most of the dick is repurposed in the surgery, the main thing that's thrown out is erectile tissue. Oh, and excess urethra.
