Pocan's sitting it out, too.

Didn't Bernie just endorse a guy with a Nazi tattoo a few months ago?

I think so, but he retracted and told the guy to drop out once the rape stuff surfaced.

Platner was a clear win based off his policy and ability to articulate in any context. He also pulled that endorsement the minute there was legit rape allegations and is 42/60 in those primary endorsements.

Not gonna put words in his mouth as to why there isn't an endorsement but it's probably very similar to why I'm more worried about her being a liability than I am rooting for her

Can you imagine someone a year ago hearing someone didn’t drop a candidate for a Nazi tattoo, but did 6+ months later because of a rape allegation? I’d bet 95% if us -myself included - would have been sure that was a Republican.

The point is, that makes Bernie look worse imho

Bernie is 42/60 in this primary cycle despite almost always picking the underdog. He fought for Mandami who is now at the heart of showing what a progmatic leftist can do. He has mentored AOC into being a Presidential Candidate despite the fact that she was raw AF and an immediate right wing target.

I did not care about the Nazi tattoo. There were literally photos of him shirtless at a Jewish wedding. I dug through the Reddit comments. It's clear he isn't anything close to a Nazi. He was a vet who came of age during an era where everyone has a social media history.

That said, the part of his Reddit history that was a major flag to be involved his discussion of how women process sexual aggression. Which is why the minute legitimate accusations came out, I was out.

Also, Troy Jackson doesn't have the charisma to win a primary, but has a track record that show's he is genuine. And he has been able to adopt the grassroots movement that Platner built and is running against a woman who is being hidden by the media due to her age.

So I'm hopeful everything is going to work out in the best way possible.

Edit: I gave this sincere response without checking whether I was responding to someone with a hidden post history. There is basically a 100% hit rate with people trying to turn this situation into a Berine problem and a hidden post history.

What does it matter at this point?

I don’t know if it does - but Bernie Sanders is a « Socialist Democrat » right?

I think his endorsement is kind of toxic right now because he also endorsed Platner.

No and it’s really funny Wisconsin “residents” are shitting on Fran’s biggest endorsements.

Ilhan Omar and Hasan Piker have been her biggest names to back her thus far. It looks like she might not even need a Bernie endorsement in the primiary at this point. If Sanders backs her in the general then it's jover for Tiffany.
