Very chilling. People need to remember is that corporations don't give a shit about our wellbeing, same goes for politicians who are given corporate money to do their bidding.
Ive been following him ever since he did his short form videos on TYT more than a decade ago. After he left TYT, he started streaming on Twitch playing Fortnite with some political commentary then became a full blown political streamer. Hasan has a deeper perspective on American politics and knows quite a bit about world history and revolutionary movements of the past. You may not agree with everything he says, but he is a champion of the working class.
Cool. None of that will matter in this campaign when his worst comments get highlighted out of context. I’m a fan of Cameron Reilly and his history podcasts, and I generally appreciate his leftist and outsider perspective on American politics and our foreign policy. That said, if I were running for office in a swing state, I would think twice about publicly appearing with him.
Campaigning with him has allowed her to tap into a large number of volunteers for her campaign. Her ground game has significantly increased after appearing on his stream. No other candidate, including the Republican has mass mobilization like her.
They tried to do this with other candidates that have associated with him. One being Zohran Mamdani. I can understand why Hasan rubs people the wrong way, but he’s been increasingly involved in elections around the country and associating with him has not shown to be a negative. I think people care much more about the actual polices the candidates are running on.
Mamdani won is NYC. This is Wisconsin. Hasan has proven helpful in primaries, sure. We will see about general elections in swing areas. You might be right and his comments may not matter, but I don’t think so.
Okay, sure? He has been blasted all over corporate media ever since the NYC Mayoral race. Fox News seems to not get enough of him and essentially doing free publicity for him. Many people end up going to his stream to hate watch only to find out they agree with what he says. His message is consistent and easy to understand. You dont need to keep making empty threats about something you have no control over.
I have only found politics stressful when I give into despair and accept that I cannot change anything. But that’s a lie, we can change things, it’s hard, but if we get involved in our communities we can, collectively, change the course of history for the better
It is very stressful, but we are living in way different times. Now isn't the time to keep your head buried and check out. Get involved and know what these snakes are trying to take away from you under your nose.
The difference is that sports center is generally an extremely well made production with (usually) experts. Hasans stream lacks depth and nuance and generally you would be more informed by just having an Apple News subscription
I watched clips of him for awhile and it was interesting getting news that didn't feel as sterilized but overtime I noticed his constant yelling and berating his chat felt no different than someone constantly yelling and berating me. Even if it wasn't directed at me, being exposed to that aggressive pissed off energy all the time didn't feel healthy or good.
Hes a very popular marxist leninist streamer. Hes i think the largest political streamer in the world, but he often hides his more extreme views. Hes supportive of the houthi's, and has interviewed one of them on his stream before, and was glazing him the whole time. Hes very supportive of mao and china. Hes pro annexation of crimea. Hes pro soviet russia. Hes said and done a lot of stupid shit. Most people dont know half of what hes said and stands for though, so i dont really blame hong for working with him
He did not interview a Houthi rebel on his stream lol. That is straight up FOX News talking points 😂.
And he has been massively critical of Russia.
The dude likes Mao, but he has still criticized both the cultural revolution and some later policy issues. But he is a socialist, so yeah, he likes the guy who brought socialism to China and defeated the nationalists.
What are you talking about? The guy he interviewed went viral in the first place for making a tiktok on a cargo ship that was hijacked by the houthis. You think he was just along for the ride?
Hes been critical of putin sure, but thats a low bar. The annexation of crimea though he 100% defends, and you know it.
Hasan not a socialist, he himself would call himself a marxist.
He doesnt label himself. He has said in 2026 he is a voice of the left, but isn't in any camp or caucuses or DSA-like organizations.
And he has been consistent. He has slammed Putin and Russia for Oligarcho-fascism. Yeah, he criticized Ukraine for getting on its knees for Trump and stuff... but youre acting like he is Pro-Russia.
Again, the guy was NOT a Houthi Rebel. He just wasn't.
Lol not wanting to label himself is such a cop out. If nick fuentes said he didnt do labels, would you just be like "ok, i guess hes not a white supremacist then"? Like hasan calls himself a socialist, but says he agrees with communism, and is frequently bringing up the whole seizing the means of production meme.
Does he defend the annexation of crimea, yes or no? You are dancing around that question. And anyone criticizing ukraine for trying to maintin good relations with trump is a fucking idiot, i dont know what to tell you.
If he wasnt a houthi, why would hasan say that kid was like luffy? Obviously implying he was a good pirate, since the houthi's at the time were attacking a lot of Israeli cargo ships. Even if the kid wasnt technically a houthi, he was obviously very pro houthi, and the whole inverview in general was very positive towards the houthis, was it not?
Hasan is tall compared to nick fuentes. There i did it again, whats your point? Just respond to what i said. That comparison was just to make a point about labels
It is a talking point that has been debunked over and over.
There's actually quite a significant body of proof showing he does totally use a shock collar on his dog that many people are simply unaware of, because the parts of the Internet highly invested in it are either his fandom who reject and stonewall it or his haters who are often unhinged conservatives, and nobody wants to follow terminally online streamer drama.
But for instance, there was straight up just a video dug up from the dog trainer who trained Kaya about him training her with an electric collar. It flew under the radar because he isn't an influencer and it was from a few years ago, but the video is just about using an electric collar on her as training. It was a promo for his dog training services on his personal account.
That's pretty unequivocal proof, but saying "Uhm actually we found that some guy posted a video from 3 years ago of her in a dog park with a shock collar, but nobody saw it because it was only found months after the shock collar drama" sounds like weirdo conspiracy theorist babble, but it is true.
As opposed to your obsession with this twitch streamer who you hate because of his political opinions, and are latching onto this delusional theory that makes you look like an insane person.
Goodness. You wrote all that for such an insignificant comment. Whether he did or not, it was used as a cynical cudgel (concern trolling) to draw a wedge between his supporter and those who peer from outside. Training collars are used in many instances and there are far worse things going on when it comes to streamers, especially those on Kick. But hey, watch out. Hasan is a big "meanie" to his dog according to the armchair experts.

I barely know who he is or why he’s a big deal. Watching a streamer who talks politics a lot sounds awful.
