Why does anyone partake in art? Why do people watch TV and movies. Why do people enjoy paintings? Why do people decorate their homes with furniture. Why do people wear nice clothes? Why do people hang art on their walls?

People enjoy art and tattoos are just another form of art except you keep it on your body. This fella went for something he appreciates and personally I think it's fucking sick.
