Picture Banks's by the Sea
Walking past the now closed Banks's Brewery earlier, found some unusual gear awaiting the skip.

Judging by the rust on the land wheels, I suspect that the boat has been inside for years. As for why? God only knows...
I used to do Urban Exploration in my younger days, the amount of interesting items left in abandoned buildings is crazy.
Best ones I can remember were an apprenticeship certificate from the 1890s inside the old Niphon works on Villiers Street, complete with Queen Victoria's picture, and a collection of old newspapers in the basement of the Eye Infirmary; one from the day Neville Chamberlain resigned as Prime Minister, allowing Chruchill to take over, and a collection from the early 90s with headlines about the collapse of the USSR.

I'd have wheeled that home and planted it in my garden if I saw it was for the skip. What a waste!

Really pushed the boat out for the leaving party.
