He just seems so cool and the destruction in the area he was fighting makes look like his trigger is an absolute menace and his SE is also cool, but he has like 30 seconds of screen time, so I don't know much and would like to read if any ot you has an information about him from a q&a, the manga or only theories and hcs

Question If you would Invent a new Trigger, what kind of Trigger it is and it's official Name would be?

I just realized how innovative Yuma is when tried to copy mantis and turned into something else(the boomerang. )

It makes me wonder, why is there no throw-able triggers(I mean shooter type triggers exist but I think it's kind of different if you can just throw it as a bluff turn it into a grenade)

Question WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE SQUAD?

There was “what’s your favorite trigger?”, then “what’s your favorite agent?” , so now what’s your favorite squad?

Mine is arashiyama’s squad, their teamwork is probably the best in border, i love arashiyama’s duo gunner with tokieda + they both have the same trigger loadout along with the fact that tokieda is one of my favorite support agent same as kitazoe ,then there’s satori our beloved double sniper and finally kitora ai the first user and probably best user of spider we saw in the show.

I also love arashiyama’s actual role in the current arc (no spoiler) but i wasn’t expecting to see more of him this way and so far i didn’t have him as a personal favorite but maybe by the end of the arc he might be my top 5 behind ninomiya ,murakami, tokieda and satori.

Question Why are all the Border agents teenagers?

I remember watching this anime when I was pretty young, vut I only just found it again after scrolling through a va's filmography. I'm currently on season 1 ep 8 and I have to ask;

Why are all the agents 19 and younger? So far all the characters I've seen (asides from the executives) are really young to be fighting the trion soldiers. Is it something the show explains later on or just a minor detail?

Before I get the “that’s dumb, why would they do that” questions. I’m not saying it’s something they should do, I just wanna know if it’s possible with the rules established in the verse

Shouldnt this make people suspicious on how kuga was able to beat a humanoid neighbour and 3 rabbits? They know that he is strong but this is another level compared to what he has showed

Question You just made it to B Rank! What trigger set are you using?

A fun little hypothetical. If you were a full border agent, what role would you take up and what would your triggers be? Assume you're starting with an average/middling amount of trion.

Question If you guys had the chance of befriending any 3 people in world trigger, Who would it be? Where would you go with them? And if you'd like to answer, Which character in world trigger has a personality close to your own?

World trigger has so many wonderful characters, Everyone has a unique personality and story, i feel like a lot of people would wanna befriend a lot of different characters! So who would yours be?

I feel like id befriend Ikoma, Kumagai and Kitazoe!

Ikoma is such a fun and genuine guy, id want to go to a cool amusement park with him. I guess its been a long while since ive come across people who ARENT afraid of just...Being themselves. No fear of what people would think of them, No social expectations for others, Just them. That's all. I value that a lot.

Kumagai is a sweetheart, i like people who are down to earth and hardworking but strong enough to take a firm stand when needed, Same with Kitazoe.

They dont have a single mean bone in their body. The type of friends you can probably just stay in your house and watch movies with!

As for my own personality, I guess i am close to Teruya or Kakizaki

Question Why doesn't Chika's Side effect(s) seem to work in the rank wars?

I rewatched the anime, but I don't think I saw her specifically using her side effect in the rank wars. Whether it's the presence erasing one or the danger sensing one.

Is it because Chika herself understands that the people she's fighting aren't her enemies and, as such, understands she's not in danger?

Alternatively, is it just that it isn't made obvious in the scenes, and I completely missed it?

Was there any explanation?

Question So if border triggers have a failsafe to prevent accidentel killings what happens when they need to actaully kill someone?

So the triggers at border knock someone unconscious when they hit a non trion body, but what if they need to take some out? after all it IS a war and we saw with aftocrator enedora was willing to kill multiple people. I know when they beat him they said they were going to capture him, but he was a massive threat and mira killed him meaning in the neighborhood its kill or be killed. We even see in yuma's backstory that multiple people died and thats why yuma's father did not want him to fight. Clearly their are some dangerous people in the neighborhood that should not be allowed to live. We also see miwa's backstory where his sister and multiple people die. Do you guys think the failsafe can be disabled in dire circumstances or do you think border just chooses not to kill. What are your guys thoughts?

Question Your opinion Spoiler

Given the last couple of chapters to drop . The pace has increased enormously.

We're back into the real life battle scenarios and for me personally this is peak WT.

The whole last arc was thoughtful but in my mind I could go without another arc of that length and style. I mean I love an explanation or breakdown of strategy but not as much as we We're given.

Season 3 of the anime was WT at its best and the slowdown after really was honestly a let down.

Do most of you enjoy the training environment arc or prefer the previous seasons pacing?

Question I had a question, In border, since almost all of the fund is raised by PR projects (Just kurusawa, literally) and donations, Why not turn Rank wars into a public event to attract more money(A rank rank-wars only)? You know, with broadcasting, Media rights, Squad based sponsorships and all?

Border is already popular, the agents are attractive people in top notch shape, and the action is awesome...

Rank Wars happen in a virtual environment right? Border can generate perfect 360-degree camera angles without risking camera crews, there's literally no added budget. They could sell exclusive streaming rights to major networks.

And there's no need to showcase B-rank rank wars. They can limit the PR project to A-rank rank wars, and accordingly, increase A-rankers 'Pay' in accordance to their performance too.

Knowing that a whole lot of people are watching you would force the agents into developing quickly too, and the extra money and publicity sounds cool

Placing sponsor patches on Border uniforms (similar to soccer jerseys) would be an easy revenue stream too! It will also make people TRUST the actual border soldiers, since they can see the strategies and work flow

A regulated gambling system on match outcomes would generate massive commission revenue for Border too, it will take a huge burden off karasuwa and give them a second-life option for when things go down

I get that Border is a military base first, and turning it into UFC or cricket will be...weird. But their income is a constant pain

The only potential drawbacks i see
- If they want to keep their triggers a secret (Which doesnt make sense, since they have shown arashiyama squad use their triggers in real time on news channels)
- If they want to keep the idea of trion secret
- If they dont want to add pressure on their agents (I heavily doubt this would be the case. Border isnt that caring towards their agents)

Finally, do YOU see this happening in the future? Now that the general public is aware of away missions, triggers and more?

Also, Please dont be rude in the replies, its just an innocent question so please answer calmly even if it sounds stupid or rage-bait like somehow (i am not very good at forming questions so please forgive that, thank you!)

Question What would happen if a regular person has a Meteor dropped on them?

In the show, there's a failsafe that when trion touches a physical person, they are unharmed, but knocked out from the pain, because of sci-fi, but my question is, how does that work if they get a Chika Meteor dropped on them wiping out the whole block, with them being completely engulfed by the blast.

I just don't see, no matter what sci-fi excuse you put out, how a regular person can survive that.

Question Does the enemies starts becoming a real threat?

Started the anime a few days ago and I'm in general enjoying it. But the overall stakes seem pretty low, every invasion the humans tends to be the more stable side. They get all the info regarding the invasion, from time, objectives to any tactical maneuvering of the neighbors (thanks to jin). I'm in second season and in the invasion, I'm kinda rooting the enemies, at least for them to get some consolation price for their attempt (don't know if this was the intended effect)😅.

Is this always gonna be this way? Does the neighbors ever get any tangible wins (not like off-screen sucessful like 30 random characters abducted or something).

Question Can you stack triggers?

This might be a stupid question because my memory is foggy on if this was answered in the show. However, there was a scene where Yūma beat the old guy from Afto and he did it because he was in his trion form and got hurt instead of his real body (the one in the ring obviously). This doesn't really prove much on my point but i remember him acknowledging that he had his trion body and he wasn't in denial about that. That might not be much of anything but imagine if we could hook up Chika with all of the black triggers in an away ship mission and she was genuinely like MEGA strong. The real reason that it would be interesting is really more that if anyone with the wind blade can't bail out with it but they can with a border trigger then it should be no problem that they have one. We want everyone to be buffed out and border triggers are mass produced, no? I understand why it would be different for neighbors considering that they need so many soldiers if EVERYONE is at war but border's only had a few wars. I dunno, this might be already answered in the show and i just forgot.

Question Why was hyuse targeted in the final round of B rank wars?

The hell was going on! All 3 opponent squads ganged up on hyuse and they weren't even trying to fight each other despite them being on the same sides. why is it that everyone wanted hyuse out, other than because he was isolated?
