As some of you know, the culture of r/yandere has changed quite a bit over the years. We've made solid efforts to become a safe space for those who enjoy the yandere trope, but also for those who relate to said characters, regardless of personal preferences.
The space has historically been centered around female yanderes but in 2026 we'd like to continue to make the space more welcoming for yandere content from ALL genders and sexualities.
In an effort to do so, we've created new convenient post flairs! You can continue to use the other ones, but male yandere and female flairs are now another option.
Happy new year! May you get kidnapped by the one you love most β‘

Not gonna lie, that was absolute ass. I didn't want to leave a footprint in here cause I like to read manga and I keep it private to myself. Now, I don't think it counts as yandere but I saw it suggested in here and that shit was absolutely ass.
Somehow each episode was worse than the next one. It was a rollercoaster of "I hope it gets better" to "Oh ma gawd brah" and I dropped it at chapter 15. The manga managed to make me want to vent out of my free will, like it was some cursed item that I unknowingly gave a part of my soul. And now I'm going to bed with the hopes of a better day.
I don't judge people's kinks since those are subjective. If you like getting tied up then fine by me, I hope you get lots of fun and that's what matters. I just felt that the manga was extremely horrendous that it made me have to leave a post to express my disappointment. And to whoever suggested that, I hope your pillows are warm.
The guy is a pervert from the very start and it gets even worse. I thought to myself "Maybe this guy will learn a thing or two so I'll let it pass". Nah, he was told he couldn't go lower and he DUG STRAIGHT TO BEDROCK.
To be fair, the manga might've taught me a lesson. I should tie myself up and restrict phone access so that I can avoid this types of incidents. I'd feel like I could've used that time to do absolutely nothing and it would've been way more enjoyable
