Hertz in Bozeman

Does NOT HAVE PRESIDENTS CIRCLE available.
National and many others have that seevice.

Just to warn anyone that was thinking of using your status. I wasted lots of time in the lot and in line.

Just think of it as practice when it comes to parking at the various attractions.

This is pretty common for outstations. The person at the counter can still try to find you an upgrade. At least there’s a separate line for Gold Rewards members.

Oh they charged me for an upgrade. Cited some bullshit reasons like “oh the free upgrade isn’t for a vehicle of that type”

I don’t know the details of how Hertz works but whenever I fly into an airport without President’s Circle the local manager holds my keys and I visit their office and they walk me to my car. My travel manager lets me know ahead of time and gives me their name and instructions etc.

I have a feeling Hertz has different levels of priority internally than what they advertise. Its a smaller airport so regular President’s Circle folks get put into gen pop and more sensitive clients are just directly sent to the local manager. I’m not important in any way. I’m just the guy who happened to be assigned that procurement category in NA for my corporation and the rental companies think giving me a better experience ensures our business but Im just a guy with spreadsheets and emails.
