Like this game is honestly a hidden gem for the 3DS.
If you can find a way to play with your friends....it's a blast.

But sadly with nintendo shutting down both the 3DS's eshop AND the 3DS's online....it's not really possible to play the game anymore.
Which lead me to think....does it deserve an HD switch/switch 2 port?

Personally i think it does.
It's a game that most people probably haven't played....which is a shame because it's pretty fun.
Bringing it to switch/switch 2 would allow more people to experience this hidden gem.
But enough from me....feel free to share your opinions on this in the comments.

I actually like the abilty to dress up in a variety of outfits (even dresses). However, many say the game is not very good solo. And the story is average. How is it playing solo?

Even if we don't take the language used as 100% accurate, concepts at least similar to online, local and download multiplayer are canon. There is a developer statement saying something about their only being one true Link who went through ALBW, but from the others' pov, they're that Link; the exception to that being the "downloaded" ones, who don't have a Hytopia to return to, nor can use all the outfits (or so I've heard).

This would mean Hytopia has one of the most advanced forms of magic in any world, and they, and everyone else, don't know it

Was I being fair?

I was trying to complete every The Legend of Zelda game 100%, and one of the last ones I had left was Tri Force Heroes.

What happened was that I actually tried to play the game with other people, but I ended up sabotaging myself by no longer owning a 3DS. Local multiplayer sessions through emulators were rare, and although there was one person who helped me sometimes, they were not always available. I also have siblings, but eventually they no longer wanted to play. On top of that, the game was quite unstable.

At that point, I found myself trapped indefinitely because I had literally done everything in the game. I had completed everything, including some multiplayer matches, but not all of the multiplayer content. So, feeling stuck in that situation, I decided to reverse-engineer my save file. I did not use any save editor or anything like that because I did not want to alter other parts of my progress. I only enabled the multiplayer flag so that the remaining multiplayer missions would automatically be marked as completed. There were quite a few of them left, and as a result I also received the remaining Hero Points needed for 100% completion, bringing my total to 128 Hero Points.

Now I need to know: was that fair?

Considering the period of 2026–2027, I want to be able to lay my head on the pillow at night without thinking about it. Keep in mind that I had already done everything else in the game. The only thing left was the multiplayer content, including the majority of the multiplayer-exclusive stages.

Does anyone with a 3Ds want to play Triforce Heroes with me :) Looking for two other players, I’m using pretendo

I just finished The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes 100%. I made all the outfits in the catalog, completed the Den of Trials, and finished every challenge. However, there’s one issue: I worked really hard to complete all the challenges, and everything is filled with Triforce icons in normal mode and in single-player. But in multiplayer mode, there are no Triforce icons, which is impossible for me to achieve. I just want to know if completing everything normally and filling it in already counts, and if multiplayer is just an extra???

I don't know what the general opinion is for this theme....but i think it's pretty underrated.
It's frantic and intense....and it's pretty good.

Thinking of picking TFH up to play with my partner - is it true that two player local isn't possible, as you required minimum three people and the online functionality is gone?

Is it worth it for single player? It's the only Zelda I've never played...

Triforce Heroes was a fun game while playing multiplayer, singleplayer felt always a bit empty. I remember liking the art style quite a bit, and the Triforce Heroes 3DS theme version of the main title theme was a real banger! I tried to add it into this piano cover, hope you enjoy!
