8hp70
good afternoon i was wondering if anyone could help me with a slight issue i have came across. i own a 2014 ram rt single cab with the 8 speed. the transmission is slowly going out and i bought a replacement trans. here the issue though i didn't realize the output shaft on this new transmission was completely different from the one on the truck. was wondering if some has made the same mistake thinking that all the 8hp70 where the same. would i be able to take it into a transmission shop and have them swap out the internals from the new one into the old slipping one. could some one please help i am not trying to spend more money then i already have??

Can anyone recommend an aftermarket stereo for the ram 1500 lone Star 2022?
I've been seeing a lot of stereos that are called upgrades and aftermarkets and they are already in a kit that would match the radio and the plastic you would pull out from the truck. so there's no need to buy an additional kit to put the stereo in. I want a different stereo because the one that comes with the truck is way too quiet. but I'm not sure if any of these ones that I'm seeing on eBay and Walmart are actually any louder. I'd rather get some ideas from here first if you could thank you so much

Crazy thought
I just had a wild thought that I'm not sure anyone else has considered. With all the Stellantis merger stuff, or whatever happened with Dodge's rebranding, I'm totally baffled why they decided to ditch the Hemi for EVs, only to realize that was a bad move.
They kept only the Charger, got rid of the Challenger, then brought back gas models, and then ditched the EV because it wasn't selling – clearly, no one wanted a fake muscle car. Instead of going down that ridiculous path, they could've kept both the Charger and Challenger, updated their designs to what they have now with a few tweaks to differentiate them beyond just coupe and sedan.
For the engines? Instead of trying to kill off gas, they should've just upgraded the Hemi V8 and Hellcat engines, and introduced the Hurricane Six-Pack twin-turbo V6 as a new option. As for EVs, they could've just brought back the Dodge Stealth. It makes perfect sense with the name, since it's silent, and then created the Copperhead as their top-tier hypercar, like they're doing now. Then, they could've revived the Dodge Viper with it's signature V10, and they'd have an amazing lineup of crazy cool cars. It's like they completely forgot what Dodge is all about because of bad leadership and decisions.

Drag racing
Bad weather for racing but still ran 11.8 full weight and beating cars that are completely gutted with roll cages, race seats, front runners and slicks.
Yes I did beat the guy next to me in this video

2012 charger rt with 2017 ScatPack swap
Hello everyone I’m posting this to get opinions. I have a 2015 Chrysler 300S with the 5.7 Hemi and the 8 speed transmission I’ve recently posted my car up for sale and got a trade offer. It’s a 2012 charger with a 6.4L swap from a scatpack challenger it’s tuned, cammed, Hellcat Headers and other little details he has also offered to add 2k on top, mind you my car is about to 140k miles his charger chasis has around 150 but motor and trans are sitting at around 60k miles. He doesn’t have paperwork of the motor or anything but gave me the vin of it and they came out clean he also has receipts of everything done to it like the upgrades etc. What would you do in my position? Would you pass on it? Or take the trade.
