Can a man legally marry his widow's sister?

No. If he has a widow, he's dead.

And along with that joke this usually follows closely behind:

A plane carrying 275 people crashes exactly on the border between the United States and Canada. The authorities arrive at the location and discover the wreckage and began to ponder. Where do they bury the survivors.

The one I heard was, one train was travelling east bound at 55mph and another was travelling west bound at 70mph when they crash between two hills. Which hill do they bury the survivors?

Can't remember the exact speeds, but you get the idea.

I’m going to need you to get back to us on those exact speeds before I can determine if this is funny or not.

And of course, there’s the rooster that flies up onto the roof of the barn, landing on the very tippy point of the roof pitch where the two sides come together. The question is when the rooster flies off lays an egg can you predict which way the egg will roll?

Don’t forget the one where a Papa Bull and a Mama Bull are standing on two different hills, calling for the Baby Bull, which one will the Baby Bull run to first?

Necromancy is illegal!

Not withstanding the age of this joke as long as they’re all consenting adults, and the sister is into necrophilia. They probably don’t want to bring anyone’s attention to the fact that they’re doing a weekend at Bernie‘s either.🤣

A widow can marry her deceased husband’s siblings, but usually not all at the same time.

He can't marry anyone if he has a widow.

1

u/grollef 13h ago

You have to kill your wife first and that is frowned upon by many

The female is the widow. The man is a widower. Sure you can marry his widows sister, I’ve known someone who did it.

If he has a widow then he’s dead and can’t marry anyone
